With over 15 years of leadership experience in mental health, adult social care, and local authority transformation, Mari brings a unique dual lens of clinical expertise and strategic business oversight. In addition to her background as a qualified mental health social worker and AMHP, Marie has worked as a Senior Business Analyst across multiple local government transformation projects. Her deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, combined with a sharp eye for operational efficiency, ensures Sanova’s services are compliant, scalable, and quality-driven.

Innocent Ikebudu
Director & Client Services Lead
Innocent is a qualified social worker with over a decade of experience working with vulnerable adults and complex social needs. His hands-on background in frontline care and safeguarding provides the compassionate foundation behind Sanova’s client-facing services. He leads on quality assurance for sensitive environments including supported living, emergency accommodation, andhoarded properties, ensuring every clean is handled with respect and discretion.

Kene Ekwueme
Director & Operations Lead
Kene brings years of practical expertise from the construction and environmental sanitation sectors. With a sharp eye for logistics, safety, and compliance, he oversees Sanova’s field operations including procurement, waste handling, and specialist cleaning delivery. His leadership ensures that all projects, from commercial office cleans to jet and aircraft detailing, meet the highest hygiene and service standards.

Lawrence Ekworonu
Client Account Manager
Lawrence brings a strong foundation of precision and professionalism to his role as Sanova’s Client Account Manager. With a background in microbiology, he has developed exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside a disciplined and detail-oriented approach.
